This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through our website hosted on Shopify.


1. Overview

We sell a mixture of bespoke training courses, online/digital services, and physical products (including but not limited to pitot tubes, test point bungs, and labels). Because of this, different rules apply depending on what you purchase.

This policy is written to comply with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


2. Training Courses & Bespoke Services

Bespoke Courses (In‑person or Online)

Bespoke courses are designed specifically to meet your requirements.

  • Once a bespoke course has been confirmed and/or scheduled, refunds are not available.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to rearrange dates, subject to availability.

  • If LEV Academy has to cancel a course, you will be offered either:

    • A full refund, or

    • An alternative date.

Standard (Non‑Bespoke) Courses

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non‑refundable.

  • Non‑attendance without notice is non‑refundable.


3. Digital Content & Online Learning

For online courses, downloads, or digital materials:

  • By purchasing digital content, you agree that access may begin immediately.

  • Once access has been provided or content downloaded, refunds are not available, unless the content is faulty or inaccessible.


4. Physical Products (Shop)

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • You must notify us in writing within the 14‑day period.

Return Process

  1. Email us at [insert your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm the return address and instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds for Physical Products

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Original shipping costs are non‑refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).


5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage where applicable.


6. Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Custom‑made or personalised items (including bespoke labels or modified equipment)

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery

  • Digital content once accessed or downloaded
